Prerequisite: Make sure you have a Nvidea Graphics card with at least 6GB of VRAM and 25 Gb of Storage.

1. Install Python 3.10.6. You can download Python from the official Python website .https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3106/ 

While installing, make sure to enable the add to path checkbox

2. Install Git. Git is a version control system that you will need to clone the Stable Diffusion repository. You can download Git from the official Git website. https://git-scm.com/download/win . Just use the default setting during the installation. 

3. Create an empty folder on your PC, press shift + right click on the empty folder, and choose the open in terminal option

4. Once you open the terminal, copy and paste the command below into the terminal and press enter to run it as shown below. 

 git clone https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui.git

5. Now, there will be a folder called “stable-diffusion-webui” inside the empty folder that you have created. Inside the “stable-diffusion-webui” folder, you will find a file called webui.bat. Now just double-click on that file and open it. It will open a new terminal, and the setup process will be started.

6. The setup process will take 15 to 30 minutes, depending on your internet connection speed. Once the installation is complete, you will see a line labeled “Running on local URL: http://127.0.0.1:7860” on your terminal as shown in the screenshot below.

7. Now, just navigate to the URL: http://127.0.0.1:7860 on your browser on the PC. This will launch the Automatic1111 Stable Diffusion web UI in your browser. You can then use the web UI to create images.

Here are some additional tips for installing Automatic1111:

• Make sure you have enough disk space to install Automatic1111. At least about 25GB of storage.
• If you are using a GPU, make sure it has at least 6GB of VRAM. Automatic1111 can be very demanding on GPU resources.
